- Susan set up and headed the Career Coaching Unit at MOM in 2000.
- ECI has been in the business of life coaching and health coaching since 2003. It has helped hundreds of individuals to make changes in their lives or careers, to resolve life challenges, and to make lifestyle changes for better health outcomes.
- ECI has developed and conducted numerous capability building programmes on coaching skills for executives and leaders since 2007.
- In 2020, ECI coached close to 80 young consultants from Deloitte Japan for a better headstart in their consulting career.
- Susan has been teaching third-year medical students at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine on using motivational interviewing skills for health coaching conversations with patients since 2015. She is also teaching health coaching for the older adults at NTUÂ to students from the MSc in Applied Gerontology as well as working adults as part of their continuing education.
