Susan Tan has spent years lecturing in healthcare at Asia’s Leading Medical School, NUS and NTU School of Social Sciences. She’s an Executive member of the Society of Behavioural Health.

In the last 20 years, Susan has conducted over 1000 training seminars on employee health, wellbeing, resilience, aged care and healthcare and audited hundreds of work training programs for the Work Development Agency Singapore (now Workforce Singapore).

Our Experience That You Can Trust

  • From 2006 to 2014, NTUCLearning Hub repeatedly commissioned ECI to develop and train ESS and WSQ creative problem-solving and decision-making workshops for operational staff, supervisors and leaders.
  • ECI has developed Rethink 50 series of workshops for CFS in 2016 which equips the workforce as well as job seekers with the necessary knowledge and skills to understand the need for change and prepare for transition at work and to connect better with others. ECI has trained more than 2000 participants and has been receiving very good feedback and recommendations from these participants. In 2019, PSD decided to offer the programme to the whole public service.
