This book is simple and educational. I really appreciate the large font to make reading easy. Strongly recommend for the people with early symptoms of dementia and the caregiver as a tool to understand the disease and tips for prevention for deterioration.

Nice read! I have to say that this book is easy to read, with larger fonts. Recently we purchased a pair of reading spectacles so that we can read more without stressing our eyes. Also, I am starting to think of a different route to drive home after work. This is only the beginning of exercising our brain. I hope I can put more into action!

Well done, Serene! Keep doing new things and keep your mind active. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, Serene 🙂

Hello, Susan! Your book was a wonderful read. It is indeed an informative book on keeping dementia at bay. Love the segment on mindfulness and doing one thing at a time. Thanks for the reminders.
